Glow Oasis AU - Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene), we have a strict no-return policy once the product packaging has been opened or the seal is broken.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at glowoasisau@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Change of Mind: We accept returns for "change of mind" only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our Sydney warehouse.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If so, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
