We ship directly from our Sydney warehouse. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your Oasis is on its way.
Is the diffuser made of real ceramic? +
Yes! Unlike common plastic diffusers, the Ceramic Oasis features a hand-finished matte ceramic cover. It’s designed to be a premium decor piece that feels heavy, sturdy, and high-end.
How long does the mist last? +
The 200ml tank provides approximately 6 to 8 hours of continuous mist. It also features an auto-shutoff safety sensor that turns the device off automatically when the water runs out.
Do I need to use specific essential oils? +
You can use any high-quality, pure essential oils. To maintain the longevity of your diffuser, we recommend using 100% natural botanical oils. (Note: Essential oils are not included with the diffuser).

Is it easy to clean? +
